I, particularly, practice Karuna (Compassion) meditation, while I am
fighting for freedom from sufferings in and around me. I enjoy helping
poor and needy. I am a strong suppoter of Human Rights and Justice. I
prefer reading books on Biography, Religion, Politics and Poem. For me,
the most admired historical ones are (1)Gotama
Buddha, (2)Maha Moggaliputta Tissa Thera, (3)Ananda Thera, (4) King
Bimbisara, King Asoka, Visakha, (5) Ladi Sayadaw, Manlee Sayadaw, U

Alaungphayar, Thakhin Ko Taw Hmine, General Aung San, Daw Aung San
Sukyi, (7) Mikhail Goberchov, John McCain, Laura Bush, Bill Gates,
Warren Buffett and Google's Founders. I, absolutely, accept that all
conditional phanomena are impermanent (anicca) said by the Buddha.
